The Society of American Magicians National was organized May 10, 1902, and incorporated April 3, 1908.
Concord Assembly #112 was chartered November 8, 1975, and organized by Stan Riddle.
There were eight charter members: Christopher A. Faria, Loren C. Lind, Stanley Riddle, Richard P. Howard, William B. Martin, Norman Ripley, Thomas Allen Jacobs, Jr., and Jon W. Olds.
